Refund and Refund Request Policy

1. Infrastructure Cost Basis and Refund Policy

1.1 Cost Realities: TubeScope operates as an advanced automated analytical platform. Because launching channel reports or niche comparisons immediately triggers real-time data costs—including usage fees for the YouTube Data API, InnerTube extraction threads, and third-party LLM processing tokens—all platform sales are definitive, and the Company enforces a strict No-Refund policy. The digital service is considered fully provisioned and rendered the precise moment calculations are finalized and displayed on your dashboard interface.

2. Explicit EU/UK Consumer Waiver of Rights

2.1 Waiver of Withdrawal: Under European Union and United Kingdom consumer law, buyers maintain a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ("cooling-off period") for digital services. However, this right is fully waived for instant digital fulfillment.

2.2 Checkout Flow Acknowledgment: By activating a subscription tier, submitting payment data via Airwallex, and accessing the Service, you provide your explicit prior consent to immediate service execution and explicitly acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (or your local jurisdictional equivalent).

3. Refund Evaluation & Review Rules

3.1 Exception Policy: While our baseline is strictly non-refundable, the Company will review billing anomalies or exceptional technical errors in good faith (e.g., system errors that completely prevent account access or confirmed duplicate payment tokens).

3.2 Submission Framework: To submit a formal billing inquiry or exception request, you must email support@tubescope.app within fourteen (14) calendar days of the transaction. Your request must include:

  1. Your unique registered account ID or verified Telegram handle.
  2. The exact invoice identification number and transaction timestamp provided by Airwallex.
  3. A concise description of the platform error or justification for a billing adjustment.

3.3 Service Level Agreement (SLA): We review and resolve all filed inquiries within five (5) business days. Approved exception refunds are returned to the original payment card method via Airwallex within a strict window of 3 to 7 business days max, matching international credit card network processing standards. Approved refunds exclude any non-recoverable payment processing network fees or taxes already remitted to statutory tax authorities.

4. Account Plan Fluctuations and Annual Subscriptions

4.1 Tier Downgrades: If a Pro or Business tier account elects to downgrade their plan mid-cycle to a lower tier or to the Free plan, no pro-rated refunds or operational account credits are issued. Your existing tier privileges will remain completely active until the conclusion of the paid billing interval, after which your account will transfer to the downgraded parameters.

4.2 Annual Mid-Cycle Cancellations: If you cancel an annual subscription plan mid-cycle, you will maintain complete dashboard access until the conclusion of the paid 12-month term. No partial or pro-rated cash refunds will be issued for the remaining unused months of that annual cycle.

4.3 Promotional Free Trial Lifecycles: If a promotional Free Trial period is provisioned, the specific rules, duration, and conversion thresholds will be displayed transparently on the subscription page. Upon expiration of the trial window, the subscription automatically converts into a paid recurring billing tier, and your saved payment method will be charged unless an explicit cancellation request is completed at least twenty-four (24) hours before the conversion threshold.

5. Chargebacks, Disputed Payments, and Friendly Fraud Handling

5.1 Account Action Pending Dispute Resolution: If you initiate a formal payment dispute or credit card chargeback through your issuing bank without first contacting our support desk, the Company will immediately place your TubeScope account under administrative suspension to preserve data evidence and limit fraud exposure.

5.2 Evidence Assembly: During a chargeback challenge, the Company will submit all relevant interaction indicators to Airwallex and the card network, including your Telegram authentication signature logs, IP address tracking logs, and database confirmation timestamps verifying that analytical reports were compiled and delivered.

5.3 Chargeback Fee Restitution: If a dispute is determined to be an instance of friendly fraud or a mistaken dispute filing, the user agrees to reimburse the Company for the full value of the service, plus any chargeback processing fees passed down by Airwallex. Regular account access will remain locked until outstanding balances are cleared.
